Who We Are
The Whittier Community Foundation was founded in 2005 to raise funds that will be used to educate, inspire and advance the community for the greatest common good. Annual fundraising campaigns are focused on special projects that are identified by the board to benefit the entire community. Money is raised through private donations, grants, and fundraisers such as our Car Show, 5K Spooktacular Run/Walk, and Dancing with the Whittier Stars.
To support community services activities for the education and enjoyment of the Whittier Community and to develop funding for new community services programs.
